Buying Bundles

How fast is data delivery after payment?

Most bundles are delivered within 10–30 seconds after successful payment. You will receive an SMS confirmation from your network provider immediately. In rare cases of network congestion, delivery may take up to 5 minutes.

Which mobile networks do you support?

We support all major Ghanaian networks: MTN, Telecel (formerly Vodafone), and AirtelTigo. You can buy bundles for any of these networks and even subscribe to recurring deliveries for each one independently.

Can I buy data for someone else's phone number?

Yes. During checkout, simply enter the recipient's Ghanaian mobile number. The data will be delivered to that number, not yours. This is perfect for buying data for family, friends, or employees.

Are your prices cheaper than buying directly from the network?

Yes. Our vendor marketplace creates competition, which drives prices down. Vendors purchase bundles in bulk and pass savings to you. You can compare prices across multiple vendor stores before buying.

Subscriptions

How do recurring subscriptions work?

You choose a bundle plan, set a delivery schedule (weekly or monthly), and add a payment method. Our system automatically charges your wallet or card and delivers the bundle on each scheduled date. You can pause, modify, or cancel anytime.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?

If a scheduled payment fails due to insufficient wallet balance or card issues, we send you an email and SMS notification. You have 48 hours to update your payment method. If not resolved, that cycle is skipped but your subscription remains active for future cycles.

Can I have multiple subscriptions at once?

Absolutely. Many customers maintain separate subscriptions for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo numbers. Businesses often set up subscriptions for each employee. There is no limit to how many active subscriptions you can have.

Is there a discount for subscribing instead of buying one-off?

Yes. Subscribers typically save 20–30% compared to buying individual bundles every week. Vendors also offer exclusive subscriber-only prices that are not available for one-time purchases.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money), debit/credit cards via Paystack, and wallet balance. Wallet top-ups can be made with any of the above methods.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Paystack, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS.

What is your refund policy?

If a bundle fails to deliver within 30 minutes and the issue is on our side, we process an automatic refund to your wallet. For subscription cancellations, unused prepaid cycles are refunded pro-rata. Vendor-specific policies may vary.

Can I pay using wallet balance?

Yes. Fund your wallet once and enjoy instant checkout for all future purchases and subscriptions. Wallet payments are the fastest method since they bypass external payment gateways entirely.

Vendor Program

How do I become a data vendor?

Create an account, navigate to 'Become a Vendor', and complete the application. You need a valid Ghanaian phone number, a MoMo account for payouts, and basic business information. Approval typically takes 24–48 hours.

How much does it cost to start a vendor store?

There is no upfront fee to open a vendor store. We take a small markup (typically 5–10%) on each sale. Everything else — the storefront, analytics, payout system — is free.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You have full control over your pricing. We suggest competitive prices based on market data, but the final decision is yours. You can run promotions, offer discounts, and create bundle packages.

How do vendor payouts work?

Earnings accumulate in your vendor wallet. You can request a payout anytime (minimum GHS 50). Payouts are processed to your registered MoMo or bank account within 1–3 business days.

Technical Support

What if my bundle is not delivered?

First, check your SMS inbox for a confirmation from your network. If none arrived after 5 minutes, open a support ticket from your dashboard. Our team investigates every case and either retries the delivery or issues a full refund.

How do I contact customer support?

You can use the AI chat widget on any page for instant answers to common questions. For complex issues, submit a support ticket from your customer dashboard. Our average response time is under 2 hours during business hours.

Is there a mobile app?

Our website is fully responsive and works like an app on mobile browsers. We recommend adding it to your home screen for one-tap access. A native Android and iOS app is on our 2025 roadmap.

Do you work on weekends and holidays?

Yes. Our automated delivery system operates 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Human support is available during extended hours on weekends as well.
